Skycandy’s Exclusive Tour

Golden State Warriors Intro

About This Project

Sky Candy Studios produced a Chase Center FPV video for game‑night ingress in San Francisco, California. The film showcases a continuous FPV fly‑through from the exterior plaza into entrances, concourses, an escalator climb, and the arena bowl just before tipoff. Captured with FPV drone cinematography, the deliverable is one promotional piece designed to orient viewers to the venue experience from arrival to seating.

Objectives & Scope — Chase Center FPV video

The goal was to capture a connected ride that moves with fans from Mission Bay plaza to the bowl. Scope included exterior approach shots, entrance sequences, concourse travel, an escalator ascent, and a final reveal inside the arena just before tipoff. The coverage plan prioritizes fluid orientation and wayfinding, using FPV drone cinematography and an arena FPV fly‑through route that reads clearly at spectator speed.

Production Approach

Route planning and sequencing. The flight path follows game‑night ingress in a traveler’s order—plaza → entrances → concourses → escalator → bowl—so each area hands off cleanly to the next. The camera stays close to human height for orientation, then briefly rises for wider reveals before rejoining fan flow.

FPV fly‑through execution. The pilot threads entryways, manages speed in mixed crowds, and maintains horizon stability on the escalator climb. Inside the bowl, the approach opens to a readable court‑level vantage just ahead of tipoff.

Pre‑production and safety workflows. Consistent with Sky Candy’s published approach for sports venues, work includes route design, site walkthroughs, timing against event movement, and on‑site coordination to keep shots legible and efficient. SKY CANDY

Post‑Production

Editorial choices preserve the sensation of one continuous ride from plaza to bowl. Cuts are minimized or hidden. Pacing emphasizes forward motion and the shift from anticipation outside to arena energy inside. No runtimes or aspect ratios are listed; the deliverable is a single promotional film reflecting the above route and coverage.

Challenges & Solutions

Exterior‑to‑interior transitions. The path and exposure choices smooth the move from bright plaza into entrances and concourses so details remain readable.

Crowd navigation. Speed checks and line selection keep proximity shots dynamic while protecting orientation through entrances and on the escalator.

Maintaining clarity at reveal. A controlled rise and settle inside the bowl ensures the final pre‑tipoff view lands with scale and context.

Results & Impact

The final cut functions as an arena‑ingress orientation piece and promotional fly‑through for game night at Chase Center. It links street‑level anticipation with interior movement and a clear, shared arrival at the bowl—showing the building’s flow while centering the fan experience in a single, replayable pass.
