As we soared through the massive structure, the sheer scale and grandeur of the venue came to life – highlighting the attention to detail and dedication that went into creating a stadium worthy of hosting the world’s most prestigious soccer event.
FPV flight was designed to read architecture as much as scale. The drone moved through Stadium 974 at human scale to capture intricate detailing and pattern work, then lifted for sweeping reveals across the bowl and exterior to set place. Camera language balanced precision FPV moves through tighter spaces with broad architectural beats.
Filming inside a flagship World Cup venue required tight coordination with FIFA, the venue, and Qatari production teams. The 974 designation references the stadium’s modular shipping-container construction – a unique architectural story we sequenced to capture from approach through interior detail to bowl-scale reveals.
Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification (with the corresponding international clearances required for the shoot) and follow written checklists, site-specific risk reviews, and visual-observer protocols on every flight. FIFA-grade venue FPV at a marquee World Cup site requires confirmed airspace, coordination with stadium and federation teams, and visual observers staged throughout.
