Sky Candy partnered with the Philadelphia Eagles to create a high-octane FPV drone video – generating excitement and anticipation for the team’s playoff games. Our mission was to capture the passionate spirit of Eagles fans as they tailgated in the parking lot, the pulsating energy within the stadium, and the sheer determination of the players as they took the field for their playoff showdowns.

Our drone expertly navigated the lively tailgating scene, showcasing the camaraderie and enthusiasm of the Eagles’ fanbase as they prepared for the big game. As we flew into the stadium, the footage captured the electrifying atmosphere that defines the Eagles’ home turf – fans decked out in green and white, eagerly awaiting the arrival of their heroes.
As the players burst onto the field, our drone followed closely, providing an unparalleled perspective of the athletes as they prepared to give their all in the pursuit of victory.
FPV moves were designed to capture energy at every step of game day – fast, low-altitude passes through the tailgate to read camaraderie and color, smooth handoffs into the stadium for the electrifying interior atmosphere, and tight athlete-tracking shots on the field as players entered. The drone work flows from the parking lot to the bowl to the gridiron in one continuous emotional arc.
Filming a playoff-game hype piece across tailgates, stadium concourses, and the field required tight coordination with the Eagles organization and Lincoln Financial Field operations. Each location had its own crowd density, lighting, and timing – pre-game tailgate energy, gate ingress, the moments before kickoff – all sequenced to read as one connected ride.
Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification and follow written checklists, site-specific risk reviews, and visual-observer protocols on every flight. Stadium and tailgate FPV work requires strict airspace coordination, crowd buffers, and tight pilot communication – all balanced with the fast, low camera language that defines the FPV approach.
