Sky Candy collaborated with Konami, the renowned video game developer, for an exclusive FPV drone video – taking viewers inside their headquarters during the creation of their latest soccer game.
Our mission was to capture the cutting-edge technology and innovative processes employed by the Konami team as they worked on 3D scanning soccer players for an immersive gaming experience.

Our drone navigated the bustling Konami workspace with precision, revealing the dedicated professionals and advanced equipment responsible for bringing virtual soccer stars to life. The footage provided a rare glimpse into the intricate 3D scanning process, showcasing the attention to detail and accuracy that Konami is known for.
As the drone flew through the headquarters, viewers could appreciate the creative atmosphere and collaborative spirit that drive the company’s ongoing success.
FPV flight let the story unfold as one continuous tour of the Konami workspace. The drone moved through workstations and 3D-scanning rigs at human scale to read both the technology and the people behind it, then opened into wider reveals to set place. Every transition was choreographed to preserve momentum while still letting the camera land on the details that matter – the equipment, the talent, the process.
Filming inside an active gaming studio with 3D-scanning equipment required tight coordination with Konami operations. Flight paths were planned around real workspace activity, sensitive equipment, and proprietary work-in-progress – with timing aligned to capture the energy of the space without interrupting development. Safe buffers around equipment and personnel were locked in before each pass.
Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification and follow written checklists, site-specific risk reviews, and visual-observer protocols on every flight. Indoor FPV in a tech-heavy environment with sensitive equipment requires confirmed airspace, coordination with studio operations and security, and clear sightlines for spotters throughout the route.
